So in case you've missed it, Trainer Lindsey and I have teamed up to answer your questions every other week!!
How did this happen?
Well, first of all, Lindsey and I go way back. We have known each other in this Utah fitness community for a number of years. We've worked with 3 of the same coaches, competed on the same stage, and even hosted a weekend fitness retreat a few years back with Jazzy. Remember 360 YOU?
We've remained good friends and recently had the opportunity to speak on the same stage at FitCon earlier this year. We were on a panel of 4 incredibly strong fit moms - ranging from the mid 20s to me in my mid 40s. Each of us with different experiences, different strengths, and definitely at different stages of life. FitCon was an incredible experience. So many women came to join us - each armed with questions.
What we learned that day was that we moms have so many unanswered questions. And it's nice to have a comfortable setting to ask them in. We left the panel that night feeling like so much was left on the table. We by no means were able to get to everyone, so we decided to do something about it.
That's when "2 Fit Moms" was born. We brought together our two brands and every other week we'll be answering all of your questions. No question is off limits. We'll be streaming our LIVE discussion on Facebook, Instagram, and will be uploading the segment later to You Tube.
We want YOU to get involved. What's on your mind?
We by no means claim to be experts. We're just two moms who have in many cases "been there done that" and want to share our experiences with you. Take it for what its worth. You may agree or disagree. Either way. That's the beauty of it. It's meant to be a comfortable inviting setting where all opinions count, all questions are welcome, and all of us can learn from each other.
We've already hosted two segments. You'll find both our intro and our follow-up Q&A on the She Lifts Gear FB page, the All Things Fitness for Gals FB page, and the Trainer Lindsey FB page.
Our goal is to keep every segment to under 20 minutes. The only exception was our Introduction which went a little long. Sorry in advance! But it gives some background on each of us.
